Pristine Clean is hiring a dependable, hard-working technician to join our Trusted Property Care team. This is a physical, outdoor position for someone who takes pride in doing excellent work, solving problems, and improving their skills.

What the Work Is Like:

You’ll perform professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including:

Window Cleaning — both exterior and interior glass cleaning using ladders, professional tools, and pure water systems. Interior work requires professionalism, awareness, and respect for customers’ homes and belongings. Clients are trusting us inside their homes, and we treat that trust seriously.

Pressure Washing — cleaning siding, concrete, patios, and exterior surfaces using professional equipment. Physical work with satisfying, visible results.

Soft Washing — applying specialized solutions to roofs and siding to safely remove algae and buildup.

Gutter Cleaning — ladder work removing debris and ensuring proper drainage.

Most days you will work independently once trained. Larger or more technical jobs are completed as a team, and communication is always active throughout the day to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

This job is best suited for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work, take pride in detail-oriented tasks, and are confident working at heights.

A Day in the Life of a TPC Tech:

No two days are the same. One day you might be carefully detailing interior windows inside a customer’s home, working respectfully around furnishings and valuables. Another day you could be servicing a recurring commercial account cleaning elevated panes of glass using a water-fed pole system.

You’ll often work independently — but you’re never alone. Our team stays connected throughout the day, and support is always available when needed.

Some days are precision days where you may spend the entire day focused on one exterior and interior residential window cleaning project that requires patience, focus, and a high level of attention to detail. Other days are production-focused, where the goal is to complete multiple gutter cleaning jobs efficiently, safely, and professionally — staying active, working hard, and maintaining strong pace throughout the day.

Some projects require a coordinated team effort to complete efficiently and professionally. Communication, teamwork, and awareness of each other’s roles are essential to getting in and out of a client’s property safely and on schedule. We take pride in operating like professionals, not just workers.

Schedule:

Full-time position with a rotating schedule:

Week 1 — Monday through Friday

Week 2 — Tuesday through Saturday

This rotation gives you a long weekend every other week, allowing more time for rest, family, hobbies, or personal priorities while still maintaining full-time hours.

Pay & Advancement:

$17–$20/hour starting (based on reliability, attitude, and work ethic)

Performance-based raises are built into this position.

As your efficiency, skill, and production increase, your pay increases.
